1. Choose Your Package:

   • Go to the Book Online page.

   • Scroll down to find the two packages.

   • Select the package you wish to book and click the Book Now button.

2. Select Date and Time:

   • You will see a calendar with days available highlighted in red.

   • Select your desired date.

   • Choose a time for your event, then click Next.

3. Enter Client Details:

   • Fill in the mandatory fields on the Client Details screen.

   • Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions by checking the box.

   • Click the Add to Cart button (not Book Now).

4. View Cart:

   • A small window will appear with a View Cart button. Click on this button.

   • Do not click the Checkout button yet.

5. Add Options:

   • Go to the Options link in the menu to add options for your order.

   • Review the information carefully before selecting add-ons.

   • Note: Corporate options are not designed for the 360 Ultimate Celebration package.

   • Click Add to Cart for the options you want.

6. Surcharge for Travel:

   • Add a surcharge option to your order if your venue is more than one hour away.

   • Consult the surcharge policy to determine the correct surcharge.

   • Press the + sign to increase the quantity for the round trip (e.g., £30 each way = £60 total).

7. Review Cart and Checkout:

   • Once you’re happy with your selections, click the View Cart button.

   • Review your order, then click the Checkout button.

8. Checkout:

   • Review your customer details and order summary.

   • If you have a promo code, enter it.

   • Click Continue twice to proceed to the payment screen.

9. Payment:

   • Choose from credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or Clearpay.

   • Enter your payment details.

   • Agree to the terms and conditions.

   • Click the blue Place Order and Pay button.
