The 360 Ultimate Celebration Package includes fun add-ons that can also be used with the 360 Premier Package. However, it's important to note that the corporate options included in the 360 Premier Package, such as the Basic Package, Enhanced Branding Package, Premium Branding Experience, and Full Customization Package, are specifically designed for the 360 Premier Package and do not apply to the 360 Ultimate Celebration Package.
Important Booking Information:
To add fun add-ons or corporate options to your order, please follow these steps:

Book Your Base Service: Start by booking the 360 Ultimate Package or 360 Premier Package. If you have come here without booking your event via the Book Online area, please leave this page and go to https://www.fullcirclevents.com/book-online, scroll down the page, and select the package you want to book.

Please note that it is essential to select a base service first, as the items cannot be added without it.
Before booking, please review our 360 video booth requirements document to ensure the venue meets the minimum requirements.
If the venue is more than one hour from our base in Horley, a travel surcharge must be added to the order.

Corporate Options
The options available below: Basic Package, Enhanced Branding Package, Premium Branding Experience, and Full Customization Package are exclusively designed to enhance your 360 Premier Experience Package.
Please note that these add-ons do not apply to the 360 Ultimate Celebration Package.
Customers must already have engaged with Fullcirclevents to ensure a successful corporate event.
During this process, we collaborate using a comprehensive scoping tool to capture all event requirements.
The important booking information relevant to the corporate options is provided below. Please review it before selecting any of the corporate options.

Service Area & Surcharge Policy
Before booking your 360 Package, please review our surcharge policy.
Service Area:

We serve clients within a 1-hour drive from Horley, Surrey, covering Surrey, Kent, East Sussex, and West Sussex.

To check if your location is within our service area, please use Google Maps by entering "Horley" and your venue postcode.
Surcharge Details:

Within 1 hour: No surcharge.

1 hour 1 minute to 1 hour 30 minutes: £30 surcharge (each way, total £60 round trip).

1 hour 31 minutes to 2 hours: £60 surcharge (each way, total £120 round trip).

2 hours 1 minute to 2 hours 30 minutes: £90 surcharge (each way, total £180 round trip).

2 hours 31 minutes to 3 hours: £120 surcharge (each way, total £240 round trip).
Travel Surcharge Add-Ons:

Additional services can be added for £30, £60, or £90. If needed for a round trip, double the quantity (e.g., £30 add-on for a round trip = £60).
Examples:

If your venue is 1 hour 20 minutes away, The total round trip is 2 hours 40 minutes → £60 each way, £120 round trip.

If your venue is 1 hour 40 minutes away, The total round trip is 3 hours 20 minutes → £90 each way, £180 round trip.
Note:

Travel times may vary due to traffic or roadworks. Check traffic updates on the day of your event.

Unfortunately, we do not cover London due to ULEZ and vehicle restrictions.

Travel surcharge options
Surcharge
You have the option to select additional services for £30, £60, £90 or £120. Please remember that if you need these add-ons for a round trip, you should double the quantity to account for both the outbound and return journey. For instance, if you opt for the £30 add-on, the total cost for the round trip would be £60.
