Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Booking Confirmation: Full payment (or deposit if offered/requested) is required to secure a booking. Your booking is confirmed upon full payment. Refer to PAYMENT TERMS in our TERMS and CONDITIONS for details. Cancellation and Refund Policy: No refunds after payment, no exceptions. Rescheduling: Notify us at least 14 days before your event to reschedule, subject to availability. No rescheduling within 7 days of the booking date. No-Show Policy: No refunds or rescheduling for no-shows. Exceptions: Rare cases beyond our control result in a full refund. We're not responsible for additional costs due to cancellation. Force Majeure: We may cancel due to unforeseen events beyond our control, providing a full refund, with no liability for additional costs.
