We proudly serve clients within a 1-hour drive from Horley, Surrey, covering Surrey, Kent, East Sussex, and West Sussex. To check if your location is within our service area, please use Google Maps by entering "Horley" along with your venue postcode. Surcharge Details: For travel times 1 hour or under: No surcharge. For travel times exceeding 1 hour, the following surcharges will apply: 1 hour 1 minute to 1 hour 30 minutes: £30 surcharge. 1 hour 31 minutes to 2 hours: £60 surcharge. 2 hours 1 minute to 2 hours 30 minutes: £90 surcharge. 2 hours 31 minutes to 3 hours: £120 surcharge, and so on. Please note that travel times may vary due to traffic conditions or roadworks. We recommend checking traffic updates on the day of your event to allow for any potential delays. London Exclusion: Unfortunately, we do not cover London due to ULEZ and vehicle restrictions. Travel Surcharge Add-Ons: You have the option to select additional services for £30, £60, or £90. Please keep in mind that if you need these add-ons for a round trip, you should double the quantity to account for both the outbound and return journey. For instance, if you opt for the £30 add-on, the total cost for the round trip would be £60. Examples: If your venue is 1 hour and 20 minutes away: Total round trip: 2 hours and 40 minutes. This exceeds the 1 hour 30 minutes limit, resulting in a £60 surcharge. If your venue is 1 hour and 40 minutes away: Total round trip: 3 hours and 20 minutes. Access to your venue 2 hours before hire for set up. In addition, we ask for a minimum of 6ft x 6ft footprint with at least 9 ft of clearance above. However, an 8ft x 8ft or for optimal operation, we recommend a space of 10ft x 10ft, with a minimum ceiling height of 9ft space is recommended. We can tweak the footprint if needed to accommodate your event needs. Lastly, if the event is located inside, ensure we have access to 240V mains power.

A minimum of 1 to 1.5 hours of setup time is required for the fullcirclevents video booth. However, depending on your requirements, we can set up the booth in as fast as an hour.

Yes, we can provide our 360 video booth outside. Our state of the art 360 video booth uses not only AC mains power, but for outdoor events where AC power is not an option the booth runs on battery power. However, if AC power is required, for example for additional lighting at twilight/night events, we will need access to a safe power outlet with trailing power cables safely managed in order to avoid disconnecting the booth and accidents due to your guest tripping over or getting caught up in the power cables. We recommend speaking to a qualified electrician to advise on cable management for outdoors. In addition, we will need a level surface to set up everything. Also, we will need protection from the elements (rain, heat, etc.) which you will need to provide e.g., a gazebo type enclosure . This is to protect everyone from elements , damage to equipment. If your event is taking place in the spring , summer or Autumn , protection is not 100% necessary but at the first sign of any deterioration of the weather, we will have to pull the booth which could disrupt your event.

Once you and or your guests have stepped off the 360 video booth platform, the Fullcirclevents slow motion videos can be downloaded instantly by various options depending on the event size and configuration, for example Airdrop or via email. Alternatively, as the event organizer, you the option for all videos to be sent to you for you to manage their distribution to your guest.

Yes, you will receive all the videos captured during your event via a link within 3-4 business days or sooner, so you can download and share them.

The slow-motion videos are generally 10 - 15seconds long, making it easy to send via text or email. Additionally, being 10-15 seconds long, they’re ideal for creating stories and reels on Facebook or Instagram.
